知信行教育模式对肠造口患者生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨知信行教育模式对肠造口患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例肠造口患者随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例。对照组按肠造口护理常规进行护理,实验组在此基础上实施知信行教育模式进行干预,干预前后分别采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、健康教育知识知晓率评价表,测评患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪情况、健康教育知识知晓率等,比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪、健康知识知晓率的变化情况。结果干预后实验组焦虑和抑郁症状明显低于对照组,实验组健康教育知识知晓率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论对肠造口患者在常规的护理基础上应用知信行教育模式实施护理干预,可以减轻患者焦虑和抑郁症状,能提高患者自理能力,提高患者的生活质量。

KAP education model the impact of colostomy quality of life of patients with mouth
Abstract:Objective The purpose to investigate the impact of KABP education model for colostomy patient's quality of life in the mouth. Method The 60 cases of intestinal stoma patients were randomly divided into experimental group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 cases. The control group colostomy care routine care, Experimental group KABP education model implemented on the basis of the intervention, Before and after the intervention were used Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS), Health education awareness evaluation form, Evaluation of the patient's anxiety, Depression cases, Health education awareness, etc. Comparison of the two groups were anxiety, Depression, Changes in knowledge and awareness of health. Results After intervention, the experimental group of anxiety and depression symptoms was lower than the control group. Knowledge and awareness of health education in the experimental group was significantly higher. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Colostomy patients for routine care on the basis of the application KABP education model implemented nursing intervention, can reduce patient anxiety and depressive symptoms,It can also improve the patient's self-care ability and quality of life.
