北京市某社区老年人超重/肥胖现状及影响因素分析

目的了解北京市某社区老年人超重/肥胖现状,并分析其影响因素,为采取相应的干预措施提供依据。方法采取随机抽样的方法,抽取该社区392名老年人,进行问卷调查和身高、体质量的测量。结果在有效的367份问卷中,超重150人,占40.9%,肥胖64人,占17.4%,超重/肥胖现象随着年龄的增长呈下降趋势,且超重/肥胖人群慢性病的患病率明显高于非超重/肥胖人群（P〈0.05）。单因素分析表明超重/肥胖与年龄、遗传情况、锻炼情况有关,非条件Logistic回归分析显示超重/肥胖与年龄、遗传情况、锻炼情况、主食量及每晚的睡眠时间有关。结论北京市某社区老年人群超重/肥胖现象较为严重,适量运动、合理膳食对控制体质量,提高居民生活质量具有重要意义。提示在社区实施防治超重/肥胖的干预措施是非常有必要的。

The Current Situation and Risk Factors of Overweight and Obesity in the Elderly in Some Community in Beijing

Objective To investigate the current situation and risk factors of overweight and obesity in the elderly in some community in Beijing so as to provide scientific basis for intervention measures.Methods 392 elderly inhabitants from some community in Beijing were randomly invited for the investigation by questionnaire and physical examination on height and weight.Results Of 367 valid questionnaires collected,150 had overweight,taking up 40.9% and 64 had obesity,taking up 17.4%.The condition of overweight and obesity fell with the increase of age and the morbidity of chronic diseases among those with overweight and obesity was significantly higher than those without them（P〈0.05）.Single factor analysis showed overweight and obesity was related with age,inheritance and physical exercises and multiple logistic regression analysis showed overweight and obesity were related with age,inheritance,physical exercises,amount of foods and sleeping time.Conclusion The condition in overweight and obesity in the community elderly is serious.Proper physical exercises and reasonable diets are of importance for the increase of life quality among the inhabitants.It indicates that the interventional measures against overweight and obesity are necessary.
