住院病人对护患沟通需求的调查分析

目的]了解住院病人对护患沟通需求。方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷对54例住院病人进行对护患沟通需求的调查。结果]88.89%的住院病人认为需要进行护患沟通;希望护患之间交谈的频次为需要时能找护士,每次交谈以15min～30min为宜,交谈时段选择在08:00～11:00或14:30～17:30为宜;方式以个别交谈为主,内容以疾病相关知识为主,护士进行护患沟通的身份以咨询者、朋友为主。结论]住院病人对护患沟通的需求较高,应采取相应的方式、方法进行护患沟通。

Survey and analysis on demands of inpatient to nurse- patient communication

Objective. To know about the demands of inpatients to nurse- patient communication. Methods：A total of 54 inpatients were investigated by adopting self - designed questionnaire about demands to nurse - patient communication. Results：88.89% inpatients thought that nurse - patient communication was needed, and hope the conversations between nurses and patients need to find a nurse, 15 min-30 rain was appropriate in every conversation,talk periods choose from 08 ： 00 to 11 ： 00 or 14 ： 30 to 17：30 the main talk mode was the individual conversations,the main content was diseaserelated knowledge,the main identity of nurses were consulting and friends. Conclusion： Inpatients demand nurse - patient communication more, and the quality of life of inpatients can be improved by means of nursepatient communication.
