超声引导微创手术治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤

目的微创手术治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤,避免外科开放式手术。方法术前经临床及影像学检查诊断为乳腺良性病灶的147例212个肿块在超声引导下进行了Mammotome微创切除术。结果所有212个乳房肿块均做了微创切除,术后超声提示无病灶残留,随访无一例严重并发症,没有肿瘤残留或复发迹象。结论超声引导微创手术集诊断、治疗、美容于一体,是乳腺纤维腺瘤患者外科手术理想的替代方法。

Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive operation for excision of breast fibroadenoma

Purpose Removal of benign breast lesions with ultrasound-guided minimally invasive operation to avoid surgical excision. Methods Excisions were performed on 212 breast lesions in 147 patients under sonographic guidance. All the lesions were suspected as being by clinical and sonographic examination pre-operatively. Results Complete removal of all the breast lesions performed by Mammotome system. No severe complications occured after operation. And there was also no residual or recurrence in follow-up sonographic examination. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive operation proves to be an effective method both for diagnosis and treatment of benign breast lesions. This technique may take the place of traditional operation for breast benign masses in the near future.
