次氯酸钠杀灭微生物效果与腐蚀性的试验观察

摘    要:以含有效氯50mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液作用3min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达999%以上;含有效氯250mg/L者对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用30min,杀灭率亦为999%以上;有效氯含量为500mg/L者作用5min,可将纯化HBsAg抗原性破坏。50%小牛血清对其杀菌作用影响较明显。其含500mg/L有效氯溶液对不锈钢无腐蚀,对铝、铜、碳钢有一定腐蚀作用。

Abstract:Sodium hypochlorite solution containing available chlorine 50 mg/L with a 3 min contact time could kill over 99 9% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus The solution containing available chlorine 250 mg/L with a 30 min contact time could kill over 99 9% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger and the solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L with a 5 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg 50% calf serum influenced significantly its bactericidal efficacy The solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L had certain corrosive effect on aluminum, copper and carbon steel
