经髂前下棘单根钉外固定支架治疗Tile-B型骨盆骨折

目的探讨Tile—B型骨盆骨折经髂前下棘单根钉外固定支架治疗的可行性、特点及手术方法。方法应用经髂前下棘单根钉外固定支架复位和固定23例Tile—B型骨盆骨折，并分析其临床结果。结果23例全部获得随访，平均随访时间7.3个月。本组优17例、良5例、可1例，优良率为95．65％。结论经骼前下棘单根钉外固定支架治疗Tile—B型骨盆骨折具有创伤小，操作简单，固定可靠，患者可以迅速获得早期活动，减少并发症，是治疗B型骨盆骨折的一种较好的方法。

Treatment of Tile-B type pelvic fracture with single pin external fixator in the anterior inferior iliac spine region

Objective To investigate the possibility and method of treating Tile-B type pelvic fracture with single pin external fixator in the anterior inferior iliac spine region. Methods Single pin external fixator in the anterior inferior iliac spine region were used for Tile-B type pelvic fracture in order to reduce the displacement and stablize the pelvic ring. Results All 23 cases for a average period of 7.3 months were followed-up. Conducted for the 23 cases with total excellence rate of 95.65%. Conclusion The advantages of the single pin external fixator in the anterior inferior iliac spine region be used for Tile-B type pelvic fracture lie in easy operation, less trauma ,less complications and achieved stability. The patients can make move early. Therefore, it has a good prospect in the treatment of Tile-B type pelvic fracture.
