| 摘 要： | 目的：评定中学生的心理健康状况。方法：对来自5个省、直辖市20个地区的912名中学生进行了SCL－90测试，并将结果与中国青年组常模进行比较。结果：有5．2％的中学生存在各种明显的心理健康问题。中学生在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁等九个因子上其均分都显著地高于全国青年组常模。男生抑郁、恐怖两因子均分显著地高于女生，初中生躯体化、恐怖二因子均分显著地高于高中生，高中生强迫症状均分高于初中生。结论：中学生的心理健康问题仍不容忽视。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the mental health state of middle or high school students Method: A total of 912 middle or high school students from 20 districts of 5 provinces respectively were tested with SCL-90 The result was compared with norms of Chinese youth Results: 5 2% students suffered from various mental disturbances The mean scores of 9 factors of SCL-90 were all higher than the counterpart in the norms of Chinese youth Depression and phobic anxiety subscores were higher in boys than in girls Somatization and phobic anxiety subscores were higher in middle school students than in high school students, while who had higher subscore in obsessive-compulsive than former Conclusion: Mental health problem of middle or high school students deserves further investigation and intervention |
