参加国家级实验技能竞赛的组织与启示

根据参加全国药学／中药学专业实验技能竞赛的组织和实施，在组织方法和实践经验等方面进行了总结，并推进了实验教学的改革。实践证明，参加此类竞赛的组织方法和过程，不仅保证了参赛水平，极大地激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性，也促进了实验教学水平提高，为我院探索培养和提高大学生实践能力的思路、途径和方法等方面带来了有益的启示。

Experience and Inspiration from the National Competition of Pharmaceutical Experimental Skills

This paper summarized the organization and inspiration of participating in the national competition of pharmaceutical experimental skills ,and proposed some innovative ideas which are applied to the modern experimental teaching. It is proved that the organization pattern in competition of pharmaceutical experimental skills has greatly stimulated students＇ learning interests and aroused their enthusiasm which has promotive effect on the experimental teaching, and bring the beneficial to exploration of improving college students＇ practice ability of thinking, ways and methods.
