人工假体置换术治疗高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效

目的 探讨人工假体置换术治疗高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法 选取15例高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折行人工假体置换术患者为人工假体置换组,26例行内固定术患者为内固定组,比较两组患者的手术时间、离床活动时间、术中输血量、并发症发生率及术后活动功能分级下降情况.结果 两组患者的离床活动时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);术中输血量比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但人工假体置换组患者无长期卧床并发症发生.结论 人工假体置换术可作为高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折治疗的选择之一,并具有一定优势.

Effect of Prosthetic Replacement for Unstable Intertrochanteric Fractures in the Elderly
