艾灸疗法对急性失血性休克家兔血压及心泵功能的影响

应用艾灸素髎、内关之方法对急性失血性休克家兔进行抢救治疗,并从血压变化、动物死亡情况及心泵功能方面与针刺组进行了对比分析.结果艾灸组与针刺组比较,升压效果稳定、动物存活时间延长,心泵功能各项指标改善程度明显优越于针刺组,肯定了灸法在急重病症中的作用.

The Influence of Moxlbustion on the Blood Pressure and Heart Function of Rabbits with Hemorrbaglc Shock

Moxibustion at acupoints bultao and rseiguan were applied to resuscitate rabbits with hemorrhagic shock. The change in blood pressure, the mortality of animals and the heart function were observed after treatment and compared with those treated with acupuncture. The results showed that the moxibustion group had a more stable elevation of blood pressure and a prolonged survival time. The improvements in various indices of heart function were also more remarkable than those in the acupuncture group. It has thus established the effectiveness of moxibustion as a modality in the treatment of serious and emergency cases.
