| 摘 要： | 目的：分析MEBO在基层医院疗效不佳的原因。方法：通过在同一批烧伤病人身上运用同样的MEBO治疗,先后得到不同疗效的分析,揭示基层医院再生医疗技术治疗效果不佳的真正原因。结果：本组18例基层医院MEBO治疗疗效不佳的病人,在我院使用同样药物治疗后全部治愈,效果良好,瘢痕形成小,近远期随访满意。结论：对较小面积Ⅱ度以内的烧伤,只要使用方法得当,基层医院同样可以取得较好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： Investigating the causes of unsatisfied effect of MEBO applied in primary hospitals, Method： Investigated curative effects of MEBO applied in the same batch of burned patients and tried to find the causes of unsatisfied effect of MEBT for burns in primary level hospitals. Result： 18 cases of this group, who had used MEBO before entering the group in the primary level hospitals but got unsatisfied curative effects, were all healed with satisfied effects by applied MEBO in authors＇ hospital, with less scar even in long term follow - up. Conclusion： For small area II degree burns, well use of MEBO can also achieve satisfied effects even in primary level hospital |
