卵巢上皮性癌组织RhoC和MMP-2蛋白的表达及其临床意义

目的：研究RhoC和MMP-2蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌组织中表达及其临床意义，为判定卵巢上皮性癌的生物学行为及预后提供依据。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测10例正常卵巢组织、12例卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤及91例卵巢上皮性癌组织中RhoC与MMP-2蛋白的表达，并与临床特征进行相关性分析。结果：RhoC及MMP-2蛋白在卵巢良性肿瘤和卵巢正常组织中的阳性表达率均为0，在卵巢上皮性癌组织中阳性表达率分别为37.3%和68.1%，RhoC和MMP-2蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤和卵巢正常组织。中、低分化卵巢癌的阳性表达率明显高于高分化卵巢癌（P<0.05,P<0.005),Ⅲ～ Ⅳ期卵巢癌的阳性率明显高于Ⅰ～ Ⅱ期卵巢癌(P＜ 0.005 ),有转移的卵巢癌RhoC和MMP-2蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于无转移卵巢癌(P＜ 0.005，P<0.05),卵巢癌组织中RhoC与MMP-2阳性表达呈正相关（r=0.492,P<0.05）。结论：RhoC 与MMP-2蛋白的表达与卵巢癌的细胞分化程度、临床分期及有无转移密切相关，且两者呈正相关。临床检测卵巢癌RhoC与MMP-2蛋白的表达，可以作为判断卵巢癌生物学行为及患者预后的参考指标。
