彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死的相关性研究

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死的相关性。方法选择脑梗死患者作为观察组（130例）,健康体检者作为对照组（130例）,测量颈动脉有关血流频谱参数：收缩期峰值流速（PSV）,舒张末期流速（EDV）,搏动指数（PI）,阻力指数（RI）,观察内-中膜增厚与粥样硬化斑发生率。结果观察组PSV、EDV低于对照组,而CCA、PI、RI均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组内-中膜增厚与粥样硬化斑发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死有明显相关性。
