| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨艾灸对抗肿瘤化疗不良反应的确切疗效和可能的作用机制。方法 :4 5例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为艾灸组 30例 ,对照组 15例。经过 1个疗程的治疗后 ,观察患者的生活质量、血常规、淋巴细胞 bcl- 2变化情况。结果 :治疗前两组患者无显著性差异 ;艾灸治疗后可显著提高患者的生活质量 ,缓解骨髓抑制 ,提高细胞免疫功能 ,抑制外周血淋巴细胞凋亡 ,疗效显著优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :艾灸可有效对抗肿瘤化疗的不良反应 ,提高患者的免疫力。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of moxibustion on maligant tumor after chemotherapy and its operating mechanism.Methods:Forty five cases were divided into the moxibustion group and control group at random.After treatment of two weeks,the change of the quality of life(QOL),blood cell count,cellular immunity and lymphocyte bcl 2 was observed.Results:Before the treatment,the two groups had no remarkable difference,and after the rteatment,moxibustion can remarkably improve the QOL,relieve the inhibition of the marrow,improve the cellular immunity and inhibit the apoptosis of the peripheral blood lymphocyte.The therapeutic effects of the moxibustion group were remarkably better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Moxibustion can efficiently releaes side effects caused by chemotherapy,improve the patients'immunity and had no any side effect. |
