摘    要:蛇床子水溶性提取物(SWE)对氯仿诱发的小鼠室颤、氯化钙诱发的大鼠室颤均有明显的预防作用;对乌头碱诱发的大鼠心律失常既有预防作用,又有明显的治疗效果。这些均提示SWE的抗心律失常机制可能与其抑制Na~+、Ca~(2+)内流有关。然而,SWE对家兔肾上腺素性心律失常无效,提示其抗心律失常机制可能与阻断β肾上腺素受体关系不大。

Abstract:We have observed that SWE is of the preventive effect on ventricular fibrillation induccd by chloroform in mice or by calcium chloride in rats.Tt has been found that SWE is effective not only in preventing but in treating aconitine-induced arrylhmia in rats. All these suggest that the anti-arrythmia mechanism of SWE may be related to its inhibition of Na+, Ca2+in-flux and it has no effect upon adrenalin arrythmia in rabbits, which indicates its anti -arrythmia mechanism may have rare relation to the block of adrenergic receptor.
