| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the lipoprotein a level in elderly patients with CVD in the determination of CVD in elderly patients and to discuss its clinical significance.Methods Latex turbidimetry of 60(34 male and 26 female) elderly patients with CVD serum LP(a) were measured and then divided into the acute phase group and stable group of female and male groups.Results Lp(a) the concentration of the acute phase of CVD in the elderly is far higher than the stability of a significant difference,unrelated with sex.Conclusion The detection of LP(a) might have great help in the aspect of the prevention of CVD in elderly,and therapeatic evaluation in clinic. |
