| 摘 要： | 目的观察张力平衡针法结合康复治疗对卒中后足下垂内翻患者运动功能的影响。方法将60例卒中后足下垂内翻患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,观察组采用张力平衡针法结合现代康复治疗,对照组采用张力平衡针法行针刺治疗,于治疗前、治疗30d后评定比较患侧下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Barthel指数评分的变化。结果治疗30d后,两组患者患侧下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Barthel指数评分均明显增加,观察组较对照组改善更明显,且见效快。结论张力平衡针法结合针对性的康复治疗能有效改善卒中后足下垂内翻患者的运动功能及生活能力。
