益气养阴方合孟鲁司特治疗缓解期小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床研究

目的：探讨益气养阴方合孟鲁司特治疗缓解期小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将60例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组30例采用孟鲁司特治疗，治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加服益气养阴方，疗程均为3个月，随访0．5a后比较两组患儿的复发率及最大呼气峰流速（PEF）的变化。结果：患儿治疗3个月内治疗组有效率为86．7％，对照组为66．7％，两组患儿疗效经统计学分析，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；随访0．5a治疗组咳嗽反复发作明显低于对照组。结论：应用益气养阴方合孟鲁司特依从性好，药物不良作用少，可以提高患儿免疫力，减少咳嗽变异性哮喘的复发。

Clinical Research on Yiqi Yangyin Formula Combined with Montelukast in Treating Children Cough Variant Asthma of Remission Stage

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin formula combined with montelukast in treating children cough variant asthma of remission stage. Methods ：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（30 cases） was treated with montelukast while the treatment group（30 cases） was additionally given Yiqi Yangyin formula based on the treatment given to the control group. After a treatment course of 3 months in both groups, a follow-up of 0.5 a was conducted and then the relapse rate and change of the maximum peak expiratory flow（PEF） of children in two groups were compared. Results：The treatment efficiency of children in the treatment group and the control group were 86.7% and 66.7% respectively in 3 months, and differences of children＇s curative effects of two groups had statistically significance throudh statistical analysis （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; recurrence of cough in the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group after follow-up of 0.5 a. Conclusion： Applying Yiqi Yangyin formula Qi combined with montelukast has good compliance,little adverse drug effects,which can improve the immunity of children and reduce the recurrence of cough variant asthma.
