Construction and Application of MOOC in Histology and Embryology Course

Histology and Embryology is an important basic medical course.The theoretical and experimental teaching of this course is significant to improve medical students'professional skills and cultivate their comprehensive thinking.To compensate the time and space limitations in the traditional class teaching,provide students the self-study and review tools outside the classroom learning,promote grasping the related knowledge of histology and embryology firmly,lay a solid foundation for further learning the basic medicine courses and clinical courses,the department of histology and embryology strengthen the construction of histology and embryology course basing on the MOOC teaching platform.Our aim is to improve the histology and embryology teaching quality through carrying out the MOOC in the histology and embryology teaching,which is significant to cultivate innovative medical talents.
