| 摘 要： | 目的对中药旋复花中旋复花内酯进行含量测定。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法，Spherisorb ODS 柱，流动相为甲醇-水(40∶55)，检测波长：210 nm。结果旋复花内酯线性范围7.984～159.7 μg·mL-1，r=0.999 8，平均回收率97.4%，RSD1.4%。结论本测定方法简便、准确，为旋复花质量评价提供了可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop a METHOD for the determination of inunolide in herb by RP HPLC.METHODS The chromatographic condition included Spherisorb ODS column and the mobile phase consisting of a methanol water(40∶55).The detection wavelength was at 210 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear over the range of 7.984～159.7 μg·mL-1 with the correlation coefficient 0.999 8.The average recovery was 97.4%.The method precision(RSD) was 1.5%.CONCLUSION The assay of inunolide was found to be simple and accurate. |
