原发性不孕症脱落细胞ER、PR与雌、孕激素的相关性研究

摘    要:探讨不孕症雌、孕激素与舌、阴道上皮细胞雌、孕激素受体表达的相关性,及其对鳞状上皮细胞调节机理。选择70例原发性不孕症妇女作为观察对象,采用雌、孕激素及雌、孕激素受体(ER、PR)为指标进行观察。结果:月经周期第10d观察组E2、P较高(P〈0.01),第20d观察组P、P/E2较对照组低(P〈0.01);月经周期第10d观察组舌苔上皮细胞和阴道上皮细胞PR阳性指数显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),第20d观察组ER阳性指数显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);舌苔上皮细胞ER与P显著负相关(P〈0.05),阴道上皮细胞ER与P、P/B显著负相关(P〈0.05),舌苔上皮细胞ER、PR分别与阴道上皮细胞ER、PR非常显著相关(P〈0.01)。结论:ER、PR与雌、孕激素周期性变化有关,参与了激素对脱落细胞的调节。

Abstract:To study the relationship between estrogen(E_2), progestin(P) and ER, PR of exfoliated cells, and the regulative mechanisms of E_2,P on squamous cells in primary infertility. The indexes of E_2, P, and ER, PR of exfoliated cells in 70 patients with primary infertility were observed. Result: 1. The levels of E_2 and P in observation group were higher than control group in 10th day of menstrual cycle(P<0.01). P and P/E_2 were lower than control group in 20th day of menstrual cycle(P<0.01). 2. The PR indexes of tongue and vagina cells in observation group were higher than control group in 10th day(P<0.01), and the ER indexes were higher than control group in 20th day(P<0.01). 3. The ER indexes of tongue cells were negatively related to P(P<0.05), and the ER indexes of vagina cells were negatively related to P and P/E_2(P<0.05). The ER and PR of tongue cells were closely related to ER and PR of vagina cells(P<0.01). Conclusion: ER and PR are related to the periodical changes of sexual hormones, which take part in the regulation of exfoliated cells.
