| 摘 要： | 通过搜集、整理近年来有关抑郁发作的中医证型的相关文献,总结近年来较为主流的抑郁发作的临床辨证证型,为制定"三位一体综合疗法"统一的抑郁发作临床辨证标椎提供参考。抑郁发作的临床辨证标准研究尚未统一,急需进一步规范化。目前主流的辨证分型为肝郁气滞证、肝郁脾虚证、心脾两虚证、肾虚证,但仍有其他证型如痰证、瘀证、胆证需要得到共识。

| Abstract: | Through collecting and sorting out the relevant literature on the TCM syndromes of depression in recent years,the mainstream clinical syndrome types of depression in recent years are summarized,so as to provide reference for the development of the"trinity comprehensive therapy"unified clinical syndrome types of depression.The TCM syndrome differentiation standard of depression is lack of standardization,which requires unifying the name of the symptoms timely.According to the current situation,stagnation of liver qi,stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,deficiency of both heart and spleen,deficiency of kidney are common symptoms meanwhile the problem of phlegm,blood stasis and gallbladder stagnation need consensus. |
