| 摘 要： | 目的介入治疗动脉粥样硬化引起的肾动脉狭窄性高血压的疗效分析。方法 30例动脉粥样硬化引起的肾动脉狭窄性高血压患者。8例行肾动脉球囊扩张成形术,22例行肾动脉支架植入术。结果 手术成功率100%。术后16例患者血压恢复正常,10例改善,总有效率86.7%。CTA随访36～148d,中位随访96天。随访期间支架通畅率100%。3例行肾动脉球囊扩张成形术者再发肾动脉狭窄,复发率37.5%。结论动脉粥样硬化引起的肾动脉狭窄性高血压首选肾动脉支架植入术治疗。
