| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解胆固醇酯转运蛋白 (CETP)对动脉粥样硬化的致病关联性。方法 :以ELISA法检测正常健康者及患者血清中CETP的浓度 ,同时检测了血脂其他相关指标。进行统计学处理 ,进行正态性检验 ,相关性分析 ,参考值的确定。结果 :正态性检验呈正偏态分布。参考范围 0 .33～ 4 .7mg·L- 1 。CETP与脂类其它指标无明显的相关性。结论 :显示CETP浓度过高或过低或缺乏均与动脉粥样硬化的形成存在着明显的关联性 ,具有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relation between serum cholesteryl ester transfer protein(CETP) concentration and atherosclerosis(AS) pathogenesis.Methods: Serum CETP concentration and other blood lipid correlated indexes were measured,by ELISA method. Statistical analysis such as normality test,correlation analysis and determination of reference value were done. Results: The normality test showed positive partial distribution,the reference interval was 0.33～4.7 mg·L -1 . There was no significant correlation between serum CETP concentration and other blood lipid indexes. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between the formation of atherosclerosis plaques and the abnormal changes of serum CETP concentration. |
