川芎嗪对咪达唑仑所致记忆障碍小鼠学习功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察川芎嗪注射液(tetramethylpyrazine,T)对咪达唑仑(midazolam,M)所致记忆障碍小鼠学习功能的影响。方法:将小鼠分为4组:生理盐水组(NS组),咪达唑仑组(M组),川芎嗪50 mg.kg-1+咪达唑仑组(T50+M组),川芎嗪100 mg.kg-1+咪达唑仑组(T100+M组)。用避暗实验(step-through test)观察各组24h、48h的潜伏期(latency)和错误次数(error times)。结果:24h,与NS组相比,M组、T50+M组、T100+M组潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.01),错误次数增加(P<0.01或P<0.05);与M组或T50+M组相比,T100+M组错误次数明显增加(P<0.01);48h,与NS组相比,M组潜伏期缩短(P<0.05),错误次数明显增多(P<0.01),T50+M组或T100+M组两项指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05);与M组相比,T50+M组错误次数减少(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量川芎嗪能增强咪达唑仑的遗忘作用,24h后却表现出记忆保护的趋势。
