原发性肝癌患者血清前白蛋白、α_1-抗胰蛋白酶、α_1-酸性糖蛋白及结合珠蛋白含量的分析

本文采用单向免疫扩散法对100例原发性肝癌、49例肝硬化、36例急性肝炎及60例正常人血清前白蛋白(PA)、α_1-抗胰蛋白酶(α_1-AT)、α_1-酸性糖蛋白(α_1-AG)及结合珠蛋白(HP)的含量进行了检测,结果表明原发性肝癌患者血清α_1-AT及α_1-AG非常显著地高于肝硬化、急性肝炎及正常人(P<0.001);肝癌患者血清HP明显高于肝硬化及正常人(P<0.001及P<0.05)。33例AFP阴性肝癌患者血清α_1-AT、α_1-AG及HP均显著地高于良性肝病患者及正常人,这AFP阴性肝癌患者的鉴别诊断是非常有意义的。如将这三种糖蛋白再与AFP联合检测,则可大大地提高对原发性肝癌的诊断率。

ANALYSIS OF CHANGES IN SERUM PREALBUMIN, a1-ANTITRYPSIN, a1-ACID GLYCOPROTEIN AND HAPTOGLOBIN IN PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

Serum prealbumin(PA) ,a1-antitrypsin (a1-AT), a1-acid glycoprotein (a1-AG) and hapto-globin (HP) were determined in 100 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), 49 with cirrhosis, 36 with acute hepatitis and 60 normal Wood donors by single radial iminuno-diffusion (SRID). Serum a1-AT and a1-AG levels were significantly elevated in patients with HCC as compared with those of cirrhosis, acute hepatitis or normal' blood donors. Serum HP levels were significantly higher in patients with HCC than in with cirrhosis or normal blood donors. Serum a1-AT, a1-AG and HP in HCC patients with negative seruma-fetoprotein (AFP) were also significantly elevated. These results indicate that the difference in a1-AT, a1-AG and HP between AFP negative HCC patients and other liver diseases was very significant. If AFP and these three glycoproteins were simultaneously determined, the positive rate of HCC would be elevated.
