经支气管动脉灌注丹参联合动脉化学栓塞术治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效分析

摘    要:目的:探讨经支气管动脉灌注丹参联合动脉化学栓塞术治疗中晚期肺癌的近期疗效。方法:对31例经病理学确诊的原发性中心型肺癌进行选择性支气管动脉造影,并将3F同轴微导管置于肿瘤的供血动脉内灌注复方丹参注射液16ml,随之在透视监视下注入适当剂量的碘化油一顺铂乳剂。结果:临床症状改善率为100%,且无严重并发症发生,1年生存率为90.32%(28/31)。结论:经支气管动脉灌注丹参联合化学栓塞术治疗中晚期肺癌具有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of bronchial arterial Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (RSM) infusion combined with chemoembolization in the treatment of central pulmonary carcinoma. Methods: Thirty-one patients were diagnosed pathologically as primary central pulmonary carcinoma. Angiographic studies of the selective bronchial arteries were performed in all these patients. A 3-F catheter was coaxially placed diretly into the artery feeding the tumor. RSM (16 ml) was administered through the microcatheter. Subsequently, iodized oil mixed with Cisplatinum was injected into the arteries supplying the tumor under fluoroscopic control. Results: After arterial RSM infusion combined with chemoembolization was performed in these patients, clinical symptomatic improvement rate was 100%. No severe complications occurred. One-year survival rate was 90.32% (28/31). Conclusion: Bronchial arterial RSM infusion combined with chemoembolization may be more effective for the treatment of central pulmonary carcinoma.
