摘    要:过去二十年间,分子遗传位标可揭示DNA水平的多态性,在斑马鱼的遗传研究中所占比重越来越大.本文介绍分子遗传位标及斑马鱼遗传图谱,探讨这些遗传位标使用时的优缺点,展示斑马鱼品系的多态性.

Abstract:During the last twenty years, the use of molecular markers, revealing polymorphism at the DNA level, has been playing an increasing part in zebrafish genetics studies. In this review, the molecular markers and genetic maps for zebrafish was introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of using these markers was discussed, and the polymorphism in zebrafish strains was described.
