自拟败毒汤保留灌肠治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结直肠炎42例临床分析

目的：为有效治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结直肠炎,临床探究败毒汤保留灌肠治疗效果。方法整群选取该院2014年1月＿2015年2月期间收治42例经诊断为慢性非特异性溃疡性结、直肠炎患者,按随机分组分为对照组21例、治疗组21例。对照组使用常规药物治疗,治疗组在用药同时应用败毒汤保留灌肠治疗,对比两组临床疾病治疗效果、症状改善情况,同时观察1年后疾病复发情况。结果临床两组有效率相比,治疗组有效率为95.2%,对照组有效率为81.0%,治疗组患者有效率较对照组好,P<0.05；治疗组腹泻、脓血便、腹痛症状改善用时较对照组患者症状改善用时少,P<0.05。结论临床对于慢性非特异性溃疡性结直肠炎患者治疗时,采用败毒汤剂保留灌肠治疗,能有效改善患者症状、提高治疗效果、避免疾病再次复发,可临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Retention Enema of Self-made Baidu Decoction of TCM in 42 Cases with Chronic Non-specific Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To effectively cure the chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis and explore the clinical effect of reten-tion enema of self-made baidu decoction of TCM. Methods Group selection 42 patients with chronic non-specific ulcera-tive colitis treated from January 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, 21 cases each group. The control group adopted the conventional drug therapy; on the basis, the treatment group also took the retention enema of self-made baidu decoction of TCM. The clinical effect, clinical symptoms and recur-rence rate after 1y of treatment for two groups were compared. Results The clinical effective rate of treatment group (95.2%) was higher than control group (81.0%) (P﹤0.05); the incidence rate of diarrhea, bloody purulent stool and stomachache for treatment group was lower than control group (P﹤0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis, the retention enema of baidu decoction of TCM can improve the clinical effect and reduce the recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
