马尾松花粉多糖硫酸酯化前后生物活性的比较研究

摘    要:目的对马尾松花粉多糖(PPM)进行硫酸酯化,得硫酸酯化多糖(S-PPM),比较酯化前后抗肿瘤活性、免疫调节活性和清除自由基能力的变化。方法PPM采用氯磺酸-吡啶法进行硫酸酯化。结果S-PPM取代度为1.47,S-PPM对体内外肿瘤细胞的抑制作用、对促进T、B细胞增殖作用均高于PPM;对促进巨噬细胞的吞噬作用变化不大;S-PPM清除超氧阴离子自由基的作用明显强于PPM,清除羟自由基的作用小于PPM。结论S-PPM能促进特异性免疫抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖;硫酸酯化也能改善对多糖清除自由基的作用。
