| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种与临床密切相关的由全身炎症引起的兔动脉粥样硬化（As）模型及其标准化研究方法。方法在相同实验条件下，通过兔耳缘静脉注射不同剂量（100、200、1000、2000ng·kg-1）的高纯级脂多糖（LPS）引起发热性炎症反应，联合相同的高脂饲料喂养建立兔As模型。结果在相同高脂饲料喂养下，LPS注射剂量越大，快速形成As模型越明显。结论LPS联合高脂饲料是建立兔As模型的有效方法，且LPS注射剂量200—1000ng·kg-1是建立兔AS模型的最佳、最安全范围。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an atherosclerosis model caused by the systemic inflammatory in rabbits which is closely related to the clinical, and explore its standardization of research methods. Methods Under the same experimental conditions,the different doses（ 1013,200,1 000,2 000 ng·kg-1 ） of high-purity-level lipopolysaceharide（LPS） were intrave- nously injected into the ear vein of rabbit to cause the fever inflammation reaction, meanwhile feeding the high-fat diet to estab- lish the atherosclerosis model. Results Under the same high-fat diet feeding,it was more quickly and obviously formed the ar- teriosclerosis model with the increasing injection dose of LPS. Conclusions LPS combined with high fat diet is an effective method to establish a rabbit atherosclerosis model. The injection dose of LPS in 200 - 1 000 ng ·kg-1 is the most safe range. |
