参芪扶正液配合放化疗治疗鼻咽癌的临床分析

目的探讨参芪扶正注射液配合同期放化疗,治疗鼻咽癌的疗效和不良反应,观察其优越性。方法采用随机对照方法,对照组30例,采用规范的放、化疗方案;治疗组30例,放、化疗方案加用参芪扶正注射液250ml静滴,3周为1疗程,共3个疗程。结果治疗组在提高生活质量,减轻不良反应等方面,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液配合同期放化疗治疗鼻咽癌可提高生活质量和减轻不良反应,具有显著的优越性。

Clinical Analysis of the Curative Effects of Radioactivity-chemotherapy Combined with Shenqifuzheng Injection for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective To Study the curative effects and adverse reactions of radioactivity-chemotherapy combined with Shenqifuzheng Injection (Ginseng and astragalus root body strengthening injection) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Sixty cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly: control group and experiment group (n=30). The control group was treated with normal radioactivity-chemotherapy, and the experiment group was served with Shenqifuzheng injection (250ml intravenous drip) additionally besides normal radioactivity-chemotherapy. The treatment had total 3 courses, and one treating course lasted 3 weeks. Results The experiment group showed obviously better result than the control group in improving quality of life (QOL) and reducing the adverse reactions. The difference between treatment group and control group was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Radioactivity-chemotherapy combined with Shenqifuzheng Injection can improve QOL and reducing the adverse reactions effectively in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
