中药内外合治法对尖锐湿疣激光术后复发的预防作用

【目的】探讨中药内外合治法对尖锐湿疣激光术后复发的防治作用。【方法】将124例尖锐湿疣患者分为中药内服外洗组(42例)、西药内服外洗组(42例)和西药外洗组(40例)3组,在行CO_2激光手术清除疣体的基础上,中药内服外洗组采用清热除湿、化瘀祛疣中药内服外洗;西药内服外洗组用1g/L高锰酸钾溶液外洗,并口服万乃洛韦;西药外洗组只用1g/L高锰酸钾溶液外洗。疗程均为2周。随访半年,观察各组患者的复发情况。【结果】中药内服外洗组的复发率为14.3％,西药内服外洗组为19.0％,两组组间比较,差别无显著性意义(P>0.05);且两组的复发率均比西药外洗组低(P<0.05)。【结论】清热除湿、化瘀祛疣中药内服外洗能有效降低激光术后尖锐湿疣的复发率,疗效与西药万乃洛韦内服和高锰酸钾溶液外洗相仿。

Preventive Effect of Herbal Medicines for Oral Use and External Application on Recurrence of Condyloma Acuminatum After Laser Surgery

Objective] To investigate the preventive effect of herbal medicines for oral use and external application on recurrence of condyloma acuminatum (CA) after laser surgery. Methods] One hundred and twenty-four cases of CA were randomized into 3 groups: group A (n=42), group B (n=42) and group C (n=40). All of the cases were given carbon dioxide laser surgery first. Then group A was treated with herbal medicines with the actions of clearing away heat, removing dampness and resolving stasis for oral use and washing; group B was treated with 1 g/L solution of potassium permanganate for washing and with valtrex for oral use; group C was treated with 1 g/L solution of potassium permanganate for washing only. The treatment course last 2 weeks and a half-a-year follow-up was carried out to observe the recurrence rate in the three groups. Results] The recurrence rate was 14.3% in group A and 19.0% in group B (P>0.05), which differed from group C (P<0.05). Conclusion] Herbal medicines with the actions of clearing away heat, removing dampness and resolving stasis for oral use and washing are capable of decreasing the recurrence rate of CA after laser surgery; their effects are similar to those of 1 g/L solution of potassium permanganate for washing and valtrex for oral use.
