两种手术方式治疗多囊卵巢综合征50例疗效分析

目的 :比较两种手术方式对有氯米酚 (CC)抵抗的难治多囊卵巢综合征 (POCS)患者的疗效。方法 :选择 5 0例住院POCS患者分两组 ,甲组行剖腹卵巢楔形切除术 (卵巢楔切 ) ,乙组行腹腔镜下卵巢电凝穿刺打孔或楔切。结果 :两组月经恢复情况无统计学差异 ,而术后平均体温正常天数、出血量、平均住院天数等乙组少于甲组 ,同时妊娠率优于甲组。结论 :对于有CC抵抗的难治POCS ,可考虑手术治疗纠正 ,而腹腔镜手术可以较小的损伤达到优于进腹卵巢楔切的治疗效果。

Analysis on the effects of two operation methods on 50 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To study the therapeutic results betwee n two operation methods of two kinds of managements on polycystic ovary syndrome (POS) with isulin resistance methods.Methods Fifty POCS in hosp ita l were divided into two groups,one group underwent ovarian wedge resection into abdomen,the other group ovarian cauterization or ovarian wedge resection by lap aroscope.Results In the two groups,menstruation recovery was 7 0%,80%,respectively (P>0.05).Laparoscope group acheived better results on the aspects of normal body temperture after operation,amount of bleeding avera ged hospitalized duration and rates of pregrancy compared with traditional opera tion.Conclusion It is considered that laparoscope for polycysti c ovary syndrom with isulin resistance is better than traditional ovarian wedge resection.
