鼻咽癌中Survivin和bcl-2的表达及其与预后的关系

目的 研究Survivin和bcl-2在鼻咽癌中的表达情况及其与凋亡指数、鼻咽癌预后之间的关系.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测Survivin和bcl-2在33例鼻咽癌组织和14例鼻咽慢性炎症组织中的表达情况;运用TUNEL法检测细胞的凋亡情况.结果 Survivin在鼻咽癌中的阳性表达率为66.7%,在鼻咽慢性炎症中的表达率为14.3%,两者间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).在鼻咽癌中Survivin的表达与bcl-2的表达呈正相关,而与细胞的凋亡指数呈负相关.且Survivin的表达与鼻咽癌的放射敏感性及预后都有相关性.结论 Survivin在鼻咽癌中的表达与bcl-2,凋亡指数和预后密切相关.检测其表达情况对预测鼻咽癌的放射敏感性和预后有一定的帮助.

Expression and Prognostic Significance of Survivin and bcl-2 in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of Survivin in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its relationship with bcl-2, apoptotic index and prognosis. Methods The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Survivin and bcl-2 in 33 cases of NPC and 14 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis. The apoptotic index was detected by TUNNEL. Results The positive rate of Survivin in NPC and chronic nasopharyngitis was 66.7% and 14.3% respectively with the difference being significant between them. There was a positive correlation between Survivin and bcl-2 and inverse correlation between Survivin and apoptotic index. The expression of Survivin was associated with radiosensitivity and prognosis. Conclusion The expression of Survivin was strongly correlated with bcl-2, apoptotic index and prognosis in NPC. And it may be useful to predict the radiosensitivity and prognosis.
