LASIK前后水平隐斜度的对比研究

目的 探讨LAISK对近视患者水平隐斜度的影响.方法 对行LASIK术患者45例(90只眼),应用综合验光仪用Von Grafefa法分别测量手术前、后视远及视近的水平隐斜度,将所得数据用单因素方法及t检验进行统计学分析.结果 术前戴镜与术后1月、3月裸眼的水平隐斜度比较,差异均无显著性(P＞0.05).术前戴镜视近时,中、低度近视组与高度近视组相比较,水平隐斜度差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 LASIK手术对患者的视远及视近水平隐斜度无明显影响.

Comparison of horizontal heterophoria before and after LASIK Operation

Objective To investigate the influence of horizontal heterophoria on myopic patients who received LASIK.Methods Ninety eyes of 45 patients who received LASIK operation were included in this study.The horizontal heterophoria was measured by the synthetic refraction apparatus using the method of Von Graefe when seeing 5m and 33cm target respectively before and after LASIK operation.The results of measurement were statistically analyzed through one-factor ANOVA test and t-test.Results The comparison of horizontal heterophoria preoperatively,1 month and 3 months postoperatively showed no statistical significant difference(P＞0.05).The comparison of horizontal heterophoria between low or moderate myopia patients and severe myopia patients when seeing 33cm target preoperatively showed statistical significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusions There was no significant effect on the horizontal heterophoria of patients when seeing 5m and 33cm target respectively after LASIK operation.
