电针公孙和内关穴对胃溃疡大鼠血清SOD及胃窦前壁粘膜影响的实验研究

目的:观察电针公孙和内关穴对胃溃疡大鼠血清SOD及胃窦前壁粘膜的影响.方法:在46只大鼠中,随机选10只大鼠作为空白对照组,剩下的大鼠造模后将存活的老鼠分为3组,每组10只,分为模型对照组、药物对照组和电针治疗组.观察血清SOD活性的变化和胃溃疡组织的愈合情况.结果:药物对照组和针灸治疗组分别与模型对照组比较,其SOD活性有明显差异(P＜0.05);而药物对照组和针灸治疗组分别与空白对照组比较,其SOD活性没有明显差异(P＞0.05).光镜下观察溃疡部石蜡切片,可见空白对照组大鼠胃壁完整无异常,模型对照组大鼠胃壁严重破坏,药物对照组和电针治疗组胃壁结构基本愈合,仅见少量炎性细胞,且电针治疗组大鼠胃壁愈合情况更佳.结论:电针公孙和内关穴可以提高胃溃疡大鼠血清SOD的活性,可以促进胃窦前壁粘膜的修复.

Electroacupuncture in Gongsun and Neiguan of Rats with Gastric Ulcer and Research on Its Effects on SOD in Serum and Front Mucosa of Gastric Antrum

Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture in Gongsun and Neiguan of rats with gastric ulcer on SOD in serum and the front mucosa of gastric antrum.Methods:Randomly choose 10 rats among the 46 Wistar rats as the blank control group.Establish the rat gastric ulcer model and divide the survived rats into three groups(n=10),namely the model control group,the drug control group and the electroacupuncture treatment group.And observe the activity of SOD and the healing of the gastric ulcer.Results:Compared with the model control group,the activity of SOD of the drug control group and the electroacupuncture treatment group had a significant difference(P<0.05).But when compared with the blank control group,the activity of SOD of the drug control group and the electroacupuncture treatment group didn’t have a significant difference(P>0.05).Observe the paraffin sections of the gatric antrum parts in light microscope,the stomachwall of the blank control group was normal,the model control group had been severely damaged,the drug control group and the electroacupuncture treatment group had been basically healed and only few inflammatory cells could be seen and the healing of the electroacupuncture treatment group was better.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture in Gongsun and Neiguan can improve the activity of SOD in serum of rats with gastric ulcer and can promote its healing of the front mucosa of gastric antrum.
