运用中医理论探讨恶性肿瘤转移新学说——"经络转移学说"

恶性肿瘤是临床常见疾病,其发病率与死亡率逐年上升,但转移是肿瘤恶性行为的特征性表现,也是临床治疗失败的主要原因。古今中医学者从不同角度对肿瘤的转移途径进行了探讨,作者认为恶性肿瘤的转移除经典转移学说外,要以中医学脏腑、经络理论为指导,结合五行生克乘侮关系来分析,但这方面尚需进一步研究。在深入研究了有关论述的基础上,提出关于恶性肿瘤转移的新学说——"经络转移学说",从恶性肿瘤转移的途径等方面进行了初步探讨。

The Discussion on the Neodoxy About Malignant Tumors Metastasis Through Meridians by the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Malignant tumor is one of the common clinical diseases,and its incidence rate and death rate is increasing year by year.The metastasis of tumor is a characteristic phenomenon of malignant behavior and the main cause of treatment failure in clinic.The experts both in ancient and modern times on traditional Chinese medicine have discussed the way of malignant tumors metastasis from different aspects,but we considered that we should analyze the way of metastasis under the guidance of the theory on entrails and meridians binding the theory on five elements except from the classical way of metastasis.We put forward the neodoxy that the way of malignant tumor metastasis may be through meridians based on the relevant researches.
