年龄变化与脂质过氧化损伤的分析

摘    要:测定175例不同年龄的正常人血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果显示其总趋势SOD和GSH-PX活性随年龄增加而降低,且以SOD为明显,而脂质过氧化的代谢产物MDA则随年龄增高,这些变化在各组性别间无差异。表明人体衰老与自身生长发育和代谢过程中产生的自由基所触发的脂质过氧化反应损伤各系统密切有关。因此,清除体内过多的自由基对延缓衰老可能有益。

Abstract:The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)and the content of melondialdehvde(MDA)in the blood were determined in 175 healthy persons with different age groups in this study.It was found that the general trend of SOD and GSH-PX activities was decreased and the content of MDA was risen with aging process;and there is no significant difference between male and female in each group,It was shown that the human aging process was closely related to the lipid peroxidation damage triggered by free radical produced during the growth and development of the body as well as in the metabolic process. Thus,the scavenging of the excess free radicals in the boby could be helpful to delay the human aging process.
