| 摘 要： | 目的:对山药多糖含量进行研究,测定并比较不同商品地山药多糖的含量。方法:分光光度法。结果:32个不同商品地的山药多糖含量在0.1849%～3.5223%,其中贵州最高,辽宁丹东最低。结论:不同商品地山药多糖含量存在明显的差异。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the method for determination of Dosorea Oposite Tumb.polysaccharide content and compare the polysaccharide content in Dosorea Oposite Tumb.from different habitats.Methods:Spectrophotometry was used.Results:The polysaccharide content of Dosorea Oposite Tumb in different habitats are in 0.1849%~3.5223%.Conclusion:The polysaccharide content of Dosorea Oposite Tumb in different habitats are obviously different. |
