| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿毒症患者发生内瘘闭塞的危险因素及防治措施。方法发生动静脉内瘘闭塞但尚需维持性血液透析的患者18例,回顾性分析其临床资料,寻找影响内瘘使用的危险因素。结果血液透析中低血压、高超滤率是影响尿毒症患者动静脉内瘘的危险因素。结论控制超滤量,避免透析中低血压是防止动静脉内瘘闭塞的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the risk factors of arterioveneous fistula obliteration in uraemia patients and its treatment.Methods The protopathy and complications in 18 uraemia patients whose arterioveneous fistula obturated were analyzed,in order to find the risk factors of utilization in arterioveneous fistula.Results The hypotension,high ultrafiltration rate were the risk factors which affected the arterioveneous fistula.Conclusion In order to prevent and cure arterioveneous fistula obliteration,we should control the ultrafiltration and avoid dialysis hypotension. |
