摘    要:目的:探讨橙皮苷、芦丁体外抗高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)氧化的作用.方法:采用一次性密度梯度超速离心方法分离血清HDL,Cu2 诱导HDL氧化,检测反应体系中的丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA),观察橙皮苷、芦丁对HDL氧化的抑制作用.结果:橙皮苷、芦丁对Cu2 诱导的HDL氧化有明显的抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖关系.结论:橙皮苷、芦丁体外抗HDL的氧化作用是它们抗动脉粥样硬化的机制之一.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of hesperidin a nd rutin on oxidative modification of high density lipoprotein (HDL) in vitro .Methods:HDL was isolated from healthy human plasma by sequen tial ultracentrifugation, and was oxidized by copper ions. The inhibitory effect s of hesperidin and rutin on HDL oxidative modification were valued by the forma tion of malondialdehyde (MDA). Results:Hesperidin and rutin sig nificantly inhibited copper-induced oxidation of HDL in a dose-dependent manne r.Conclusion: Both hesperidin and rutin can prevent HDL from cop per-induced oxidative modification in vitro. This result suggests that they might have antiatherogenic effect.
