| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定清肝利胆口服液中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Agela Promosil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(50:20:30),检测波长为294 nm;柱温为35℃;流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果:厚朴酚的线性范围为0.2558~1.535μg,R2=0.9999,平均回收率99.13%,RSD为0.28%;和厚朴酚的线性范围为0.2500~1.500μg,R2=0.9998,平均回收率为99.27%,RSD为0.45%。结论:该法简便快速,重现性好,可作为清肝利胆口服液质量控制的定量方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine Qingganlidan Oral magnolol and honokiol HPLC method.The analytical column was an Agela Promosil C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm）;mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4（50：20：30）,detection wavelength was 294 nm;column temperature is 35 ℃;a flow rate of 1.0 mL o min-1.Results The linear range of magnolol 0.2556 - 1.5336 μg,R2 = 0.9999,the average recovery was 99.13%,RSD 0.28%;and the linear range of honokiol 0.1026 - 06153 μg,R^2 = 0.9998,and Magnolia The average recovery of phenol 99.27%,RSD 0.45%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and reproducible and can be used Qingganlidan quantitative method for quality control of oral. |
