摘    要:目的:探讨低分子右旋糖酐对急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺微区血流的影响及其对胰腺炎的治疗作用。方法:用5%牛磺胆酸钠诱发大鼠急性出血坏死性胰腺炎(AHNP)模型,并应用低分子右旋糖酐治疗,观察其对AHNP时平均动脉压、胰腺微区血流量、血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶及胰腺病理形态的影响。结果:AHNP早期在不影响平均动脉压的情况下,低分子右旋糖酐能显著增加胰腺微区血流量,并进一步降低血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶及减轻胰腺炎的病理改变的严重程度。结论:低分子右旋糖酐在改善胰腺微血流的基础上对胰腺炎有一定治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence of low molecular weight dextran on pancreatic microflow in acute pancreatitis in rats and its therapeutic effect on pancreatitis.Methods:In the acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis (AHNP) model of rats induced by 5% sodium taurocholate, after treated with low molecular weight dextran, the alternations of mean arterial pressure, pancreatic microflow, serum amylase and lipase, and pancreatic pathohistology were studied.Results: Low molecular weight dextran could increase pancreatic microflow significantly while mean arterial pressure remained stable in the early stage of AHNP. It could also reduce the levels of serum amylase and lipase, and ameliorate the pathologic severity of pancreatitis.Conclusion:It is suggested that low molecular weight dextran could be used to treat pancreatitis by improving pancreatic microflow.
