| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的临床疗效.方法 对168例便秘型肠易激综合征的患者随机分为两组.对照组应用西沙比利、地西泮治疗,治疗组应用西沙比利结合自拟中药疏肝解郁通便汤治疗,疗程均为2个月.结果 治疗组总有效率92%,对照组总效率83%,表明两组均有显著的治疗效果,但治疗组效果更为明显.结论 中西医结合治疗便秘型肠易激综合症效果更好,值得进一步研究.
