| 摘 要： | 目的：建立香砂养胃丸中橙皮苷、厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法：使用资生堂MGⅡC18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），乙腈-2％冰醋酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱，检测波长为294nm，流速1．0ml·min^-1，柱温35℃。结果：橙皮苷在0．15～4．15峙范围，厚朴酚在0．05～1．27μg范围和厚朴酚在0．02～0．67μg范围内进样量与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系（n=0．9999），回收率分别为101．20％，103．29％，104．18％。结论：所建立的方法准确、简便、灵敏、可靠，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the contents of hesperidin,magnolol and honokiol in xiangsha yangwei pills. Method ： MG-Ⅱ ODS C18 column was used with acetonitrile-2% acetic acid as the mobile phase in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 294 nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1 and the column temperature was 35℃. Result： The linear relationships of hesperidin, magnoM and honokiol were all promising within the range of 0. 154. 15 μg,0. 05-1.27 μg and 0. 02-0. 67μg,respectively （r =0. 999 9） ,and the average recovery of hesperidin,magnolol and honokiol was 101.20%, 103.29% and 104. 18%, respectively. Conclusion： The mehod is accurate, simple, sensitive, reliable and can be used for the quality control of xiangsha yangwei pills. |
