一氧化氮与大鼠门脉高压胃粘膜病变关系的实验研究

摘    要:为探讨一氧化氮在门脉高压胃粘膜病变中的作用及其可能机制,观察了L-NNA及L-精氨酸对48只四氯化碳诱导的肝硬化门脉高压大鼠胃酸分泌、胃粘膜血流、胃壁结合粘液及门脉压力的影响,并与16只单纯使用生理盐水的肝硬化门脉高压模型鼠进行比较.结果发现,L-NNA或L-精氨酸均不能改变门脉高压大鼠门脉压力与胃酸分泌(P>0.05).L-NNA能明显抑制门脉高压大鼠胃粘膜血流、胃壁结合粘液量(P<0.05).L-精氨酸能显著增加胃壁结合粘液合成,却未能显著增加胃粘膜血流(P>0.05).提示一氧化氮参与了门脉高压胃粘膜病变的发生,并有可能发挥重要作用.

Abstract:In order to investigate the correlation between nitric oxide and gastric mucosal lesions in portal hypertension, the effects of N nitro L arginine (L NNA) and L Argine on portal hypertensive gastric mucosal lesions were studied in 48 rats with cirrhosis induced by carbon tetrachloride Sixteen healthy rats served as a control group The results showed that there were no significant differences in rate of gastric secretion, concentration of gastric acid, total acid output and portal vein pressure between the two groups ( P >0 05) In portal hypertensive rats L NNA could significantly decrease gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) and gastric adherent mucus (GAM)( P <0 05) However, L Argine could significantly increase GAM ( P <0 05), but couldn't increase the GMBF in portal hypertension ( P >0 05) It was suggested that NO might be associated with portal hypertensive gastric mucosal lesions and NO might be involved in the pathogenesis of the disease
