| 摘 要： | 多囊卵巢综合征（Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS）是好发于青春期及育龄期妇女的一种内分泌紊乱综合征,严重影响了女性的心理状态和生活质量。女子以肝为先天,肝藏血、主疏泄,PCOS的发生、发展及预后与肝密切相关。本文从肝郁型PCOS的中医病因病机、常见分型及其特征、与内分泌指标的相关性、中医药治疗等方面概述了肝郁型PCOS的中医证治研究进展,以期为中医临床从肝论治多囊卵巢综合征提供一定的依据。

| Abstract: | Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine disorder common among girls during puberty and women of reproductive age, which seriously affects women"s psychological state and quality of life. Liver is congenital foundation for women, which has the functions of storing blood, and governing conveyance and dispersion. The occurrence, development and prognosis of PCOS are closely related to liver. This paper summarizes the research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment for PCOS of liver depression type from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, common syndromes and their features, correlation with endocrine index and TCM treatment, so as to offer further support for clinical treatment of PCOS from the perspective of liver. |
