| 摘 要： | 目的评价第一轮全球基金中国结核病控制项目在固镇县实施情况,为今后更好地控制结核病提供依据。方法按照安徽省卫生厅《安徽省第一轮全球基金结核病项目内评实施方案》要求,收集有关资料进行分析。结果DOTS覆盖率达到100%。2003年4月到2008年3月期间共发现新发涂阳病例1 197人,新涂阳病人发现任务指标完成率达109%。新涂阳病人2个月痰菌转阴率98.2%,新涂阳病人治愈率89%。综合医疗机构的转诊率97%,转诊到位率80.6%。结论项目促进了结核病防治规划的实施,保障了各项工作目标任务如期完成。
