3036例狂犬疫苗接种者免疫效果分析

目的 了解嘉禾县2009-2011年狂犬病暴露者接种狂犬疫苗的效果. 方法 3036例暴露者全程接种狂犬病疫苗15 d后,以酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清狂犬病抗体. 结果 经全程注射狂犬疫苗的3036例暴露者中,抗体阳性2908例,阳性率为95.78％.抗体阳性率与年龄差异有统计学意义(x2=74.055,P=0.000),与接种的年份和性别差异无统计学意义. 结论 及时接种狂犬病疫苗后,要检测抗体,才能保证免疫效果,以有效控制狂犬病的发生.

Analysis on Immune Efficacy of Rabies Vaccine in 3,036 Patients

Objective To investigate the immune effect of rabies vaccine in subjects who had been exposed to rabies in Jiahe County from 2009 to 2011. Methods Totally 3,036 patients were injected with rabies vaccine with full course,and ELISA was used to test serum specimens of the patients for rabies antibody 15 days later. Results Among 3,036 vaccinated patients with full course,there were 2,908 positive cases and the positive rate was 95.78%.There was statistically significant difference in the positive rate of rabies antibody among different age groups,but no statistically significant difference was found among the different years and different genders. Conclusions After timely injecting rabies vaccine,the rabies antibody must be detected so as to control rabies effectively.
